What is included in the fee?
| Our Creative Services fee includes professional graphic design services. It also includes two rounds of revisions and discounts on printing. |
What is the proccess?
| Give our marketing consultants a call today. We’ll ask just a few questions about your business then we’ll begin designing. Next you’ll review your finished design in your account and finalize your project. If you’d like, you can always request revisions – the first two rounds are FREE. For Websites projects, the first two rounds are FREE during the first month following the completion of your initial design. |
How long does this proccess take?
| The turnaround time for creating your product is one week from when you call. Please note that this turnaround time does not include any revisions you may request. |
How many designs will I receive?
| You will receive one custom design. |
Can you incorporate my own images or text into the design?
| You may upload any logos, photos or other images you want incorporated into your design. Please upload any your text in a Microsoft Word document. We’ll send you an e-mail explaining how to do so. To receive the highest quality printing, we recommend the following formats: Adobe Acrobat Document (*.pdf) Adobe Illustrator Artwork (*.ai) Adobe Photoshop Image (*.psd) The following are recommended for websites: JPEG GIF BMP PNG TIFF EXIF WMF EMF |
Do you have images I can choose from?
| In addition to uploading your own images, you may also choose or let us choose from our gallery of over 70,000 photos and illustrations. |
Can you re-create an existing design of mine?
| We currently don’t offer re-creation services. We use our own Web Vision tools to create your design and want to give you the opportunity to make any edits you’d like and ensure proper printing. |
Do you offer any printing discounts with Creative Services?
| Discounts may be available. Ask your Creative Services contact when you are ready to order. And remember, you can always take advantage of Web Vision promotions even when using Creative Services. |
Can I speak directly to your graphic designers or copyrighters?
| No. Because our graphic designers are focused on creating great marketing materials for you, they’re not available to take phone calls. You can provide feedback online or call 305-303-5740 to speak to one of our marketing consultants. |
Why do I have to pay before I see my design?
| By paying the Creative Services fee up-front, you are allowing our graphic designers to begin working on your design immediately. |
Do I get to keep the design files?
| We currently don’t sell electronic files of the final design But if you are interested in buy your artwork as unique design, please contact us to request price. Contact us . |
